None of them are very cheap and none of them are really THAT good (except for Elbo Room - $2 Speakeasy Ale before 9 pm). What about Cancun at 19th and Mission? You can get a taco with the works and a side of chips and salsa for $2.50 total. Ali Babas at 19th and Valencia serves up a falafel the size of your forearm for a mere $6. Delirium has cheap beers all the time, and FREE dancing in the back. Pop's at 24th and York has $6 pitchers of PBR ($5 on Tuesdays) and awesome daily happy hours.
